It's been quite a year for Storefront and 2019 will be even better! Help us finish and get the New Year, new space and new season off to a big start.
Help Us Get 2019 Started Strong!
We couldn't be prouder of our accomplishments this year, and we have our donors and patrons to thank for all of it. Here's a quick recap:
We completed our inaugural season with PROWESS, by Ike Holter, in July.
We produced our first Storefront Lab; an interdisciplinary performance piece last Winter.
We secured our permanent location at 717 Broad Ripple Avenue.
We successfully raised $100,000 for space renovation thanks to the generosity of the Allen Whitehill Clowes Charitable Foundation, The Efroymson Family Fund, Covideo, our individual donors and our Board of Directors.
We announced our plans to open the new facility in January.
We announced our first show of our second season -- and the first show in our new space -- PILGRIMS, by Claire Kiechel, directed by Chelsea Anderson.
That's a lot for twelve flips of the calendar. Now we set our sights on 2019 and a new set of goals! These goals will include completing our second season and beginning our third, launching our "Speak Child" education initiative (more information soon), increasing the Storefront staff and becoming a full-time Equity theatre.
